Focused EMDR or ERP treatment
A longer, comprehensive diagnostic assessment. Your clinician reviews your history, symptoms, and goals in full, then leaves you with a clear treatment plan and a direct recommendation for the right therapy — trauma-focused EMDR or anxiety-focused ERP.
Weekly therapy sessions using the approach your plan calls for — EMDR or ERP — that carry the work forward. Healing is cumulative, and each session builds on the one before it.
Insurance is not accepted. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may request a superbill from us and choose whether to submit it for possible reimbursement. A superbill is provided only upon request and is never sent automatically. Reimbursement depends on your individual plan.
